Welcome to my webpage, Greek God Fit. I’ve been working out for over 20 years. I’ve learned a lot along the way by trial and error. I’ve learned what not to do and what works for me. Over the last three years I’ve competed in body building competitions, gotten certified for personal training through NASM and learned a lot about diet. Let me help you at the expense of my own trials. This will be a place to share information about recipes, diet, exercises, including how to videos and descriptions. I will update this blog as often as possible to keep fresh content for all to follow and enjoy.
